Disable Processing of HTML Scripts in Media Files (All Windows) Category: Home > Software > Media Player
This setting is an optional security configuration feature that you can use to turn off the processing of HTML scripts that are contained in Windows Media files. Open your registry and find the key below. Create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value called 'PlayerScriptCommandsEnabled' using the settings below. Exit your registry, you may need to restart or log out of Windows for the change to take effect.
Note: This optional feature is added in the Microsoft Q320920 Media Player update.
